1. How Does This System Work?
We simplify the process of contacting and communicating with your clients. This is done through a series of Customer Service, Sales and Retention letters as well as an Industry Specific Monthly Newsletter. All of this correspondence is sent directly to your customers via email.

2. What Happens When I Create An Account?
Once you join GCS and you sign-in, you're given immediate access to our effective collection of business letters. Many Sales and Small Business professionals struggle with staying in touch with their customers (or finding the right words to say). 3. Why Do You Send The Information Through Email?
Global Client Support is currently servicing several progressive industries. The clients in these industries appreciate immediate follow-up to their questions, comments and concerns. Email provides an instantaneous means of responding to questions, providing information and solving customer challenges. 4. What Information Do You Need From Me?
We place a few secure contact points into your personal account log. All we need is the client's first and last name, physical address, email address, birth date and business anniversary. Remember, some of your correspondence is date driven. Therefore, the system identifies your customer or prospect's birthday or anniversary, and sends an automatic acknowledgement.

5. Is My Information Secure?
Absolutely! Your account is a completely personal and encrypted environment where no other user or GCS employee has access. We also provide you with a non-disclosure agreement that states that we can not and will not use your client information under any circumstances.

6. Information Security (Encryption)
We protect your information in several ways. First, we use the highest levels of internet security to protect from hackers and viruses. The only people that can provide access support are our IT professionals for account maintenance.

7. How Do I Deliver My Information To GCS?
We can accept your information in a simple Microsoft Excel, Comma Delimited or Tab Delimited file. It can be delivered by email or (U.S. Mail) on a CD or 3½" floppy disk. After this information is received, it takes just minutes to upload before you can start sending letters to your customers.

8. How Long Does It Take For The Set Up?
You can be sending letters 24 to 48 hours after your application information is approved. Depending on how quickly we receive your client contact points, you can be fully installed a couple of days (depending on delivery method).

9. I don't Have Many Customers, Can I Just Enter The Information Myself?
Yes! GCS has been developed for people that have one, one thousand or ten thousand customers. With our "Add Client" function under your personal account window, you can enter a new client and send them a letter in just seconds. This function is available when you enter new prospects.

10. Who Is The Email Addressed From?
The information comes directly from you! Although we provide the platform with plenty of pertinent information, the email is delivered with your name as the sender. They see this email as a direct contact from you!

11. How Is The Information Viewed?
The information is seen as soon as your customer opens the email. It is prominently displayed with your company logo, your name and company name. It is also personally addressed to each customer - even if you send multiple letters at one time. We decided to avoid attachments so your information could be delivered safely and viewed immediately!

12. Can I Respond To My Customer?
Yes! Remember, this information is sent with your information (as the sender) not ours! That means, when your customer responds, it comes directly to you!

13. Is This Correspondence Considered To Be Spam?
No! SPAM is unsolicited commercial advertising of various products, services -sent in an annoying and unwanted manner. With GCS, YOU send an email to YOUR customers. They know you and have worked with you and you are sending specific and relevant correspondence - not unsolicited marketing offers.

14. Does GCS Send Information To My Customers?
Our only job is to provide you with effective correspondence to help develop opportunities for new, repeat and referral business. GCS will NEVER contact any of your customers for any reason.

15. How Does The Billing Work?
As you see on our Services page, you can receive full access to the GCS System for just over a dollar per day! After your initial Set-up fee, you are billed through an approved billing method for the one-year service term.
